• In the new page there will be an option ‘Forgot NetID’ written in red.
• If you click on that option another page will open.
• You have to mention your recovery email id there.
• Then click on Email my NetID.
• You will receive your NetID reminder through that email id.

Now if you forget the password of your Wiscmail account, and want to recover it you need to follow below instruction after performing the common steps as mentioned above.

• In the new page there will be an option ‘Forgot Password’ written in red.
• If you click on that option another page will open.
• You have to mention your NetID at the appropriate box.
• Then you have to select your date of birth from the drop-down list provided to you.
• Enter your Wiscard Number and Issue Code.
• If you don’t have a Wiscard then tick on the small box beside the text ‘I don’t have a Wiscard’.
• Click on Next.
• Another page will open where you can reset or retrieve your password.
