Credentials and requirements for Relias Learning

At the time of induction, your Manager and Human Resource Management would provide you with the account credentials via your official Comfort Keepers email address assigned to you. The best part about the Relias Learning is that you can access it anytime and anywhere, even after the working hours and away from the site. Keep in mind you have stable data connectivity and the following system requirements fulfilled to get uninterrupted access:

Web Browser: IE11+, Edge or Chrome updated versions.
Viewer: Adobe Flash Version 7+ and Adobe Reader Version 9+.

In case, you wish to change the site language, click on Change Site Language from below and select your preferred language.
Refer to the credentials you have received. Exactly enter the account

Click on Log In.

On the first login, you are required to edit and update your contact details and personal details in the Relias Learning database ensuring flawless communication hereafter.

Password Recovery

Password, when forgotten entirely or partially must be attempted to reset following proper methodology. Apart from that, after long usage, the password of your Relias Learning account gets automatically expired requiring the user to reset the password.
