Since you have Personal Insurance, select REGISTER link under For Individuals.

Enter your email address. Remember to enter an active email ID as it will be used as your USER ID.
Confirm the email address by re-entering.

For registration, you need to find your policy number. Click on locate your policy number to check in your insurance Bill/Declarations Page/Auto ID Card. This will also confirm your eligibility for registration.
