Enter the 5 digit zip code in the next field.
Provide the captcha in the final field and click on Continue.
Follow the next instructions to set up a username and password for the account and finally confirm the details to register.

On the landing page, click on the myAT&T link from the options provided on the top of the page.
On the next page, enter the username in the first field.
Provide the password in the second field and tick the box to save the credentials on the device.

Click on Continue to retrieve the username of the portal.

On the landing page, click on Forgot Password below the password field.
Enter the User ID in the first field.
Provide the last name in the second field and tick the box to complete the captcha.
