Click on the “Secure Login” link at the top right corner of the homepage.
The information in Therap Login Page can be displayed in English, Spanish or Romanian based on your select option. The links to change into your preferred language will be found on the left side above the login area.
Enter the Login Name, Password and Provider Code of your agency in the fields specified for them

Click the blue “Login” button and you will be entered into the Therap system

Note that password and provider code in the Therap Login page is case sensitive. So, you must type that information including uppercase and lower case letters exactly as they are provided to you. If you enter them incorrectly, you will be asked to input that again. Still, have trouble logging in, you may need to check whether the ‘caps lock’ key on your keyboard is turned off or on according to the applicable requirements.
