• Select your state and then UDR community from the list provided in the MyUDR for Current Residents box.
• Click “CONTINUE TO LOG IN” and you will be directed to the login page

• Click the “Log In” button to enter the account.

The “Remember my email” checkbox will be marked by default to store the login email address in the device you are using to speed up your later MyUDR login process. Consider to uncheck if you are on a public, shared or not so trusted device.

If you cannot remember the password of your MyUDR account, click the “Forgot” link at the end of the respective field and submit the email address registered on your MyUDR profile. You will be sent an email for confirmation with the necessary instruction on how you can start the password resetting process.

How to Create a New MyUDR Account Online

The current UDR Apartment residents, who are new and not enrolled in MyUDR, can register and create an online account in the MyUDR Login portal to get the benefits of the services. To do that, you need to visit the login page and the process is the same as mentioned above.

Go to www.udr.com and click the RESIDENTS” link from the top or “MyUDR Login” link below the ‘RESIDENTS’ found at the bottom right corner of the page. Select your State and UDR Community to open the respective portal. After you reach the login page, click the “New User? Get started now” link and submit the following information exactly it appears on your leasing documents to initiate the registration.

• Select your Unit
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address

 

 

Click the “Continue” button to proceed with your MyUDR Account creation process as you will be instructed on the screen.

All the information that you provide during the registration site and user interface must be correct, current and complete. The login information must also be kept confidential to prevent unauthorised access.
