Credit Card Activation

Click on Register for Online Access.
Get started by entering Credit Card Number.
Proceed to enter the information like SSN, date of birth, Security Code and set up the account credentials User ID and password as per the instructions.

Accessing Account

Simply go to Log on to www.paymentsolutions.citicards.com >Sign On.
Enter unique account User ID and Password.
Tap on Remember my User ID if you wish the browser to save the credentials. Skip the step if you are accessing from third-party devices.
Tap on Sign-On.

Retrieve User ID

Since you have a credit card online account, please select Bank and/or Credit Card Customer.
Enter your unique Credit Card Number from the front portion of your card.
Click on Follow the prompt to get to the security questions and answers and reset a brand new unique password.
Return to the Sign In page and access using newly set credentials.
